I just really wish there was links to some of the less commonley known ones, since I don’t know what a couple of the exercises’ names are and what to do for them. Other than that, I think this is what I’ll be doing from now on :3
This is a lot for one work out so split them in half if you want to, which I think is a good Idea. First split the list in half and do half so 30=15 then do one half morning One half night, afternoon
